About me

I am a woman working on finding my voice after being subject to several sexual assaults throughout my childhood, rape, sexual assault and coercive control as an adult.

I use Twitter on a daily basis to raise awareness, help others and obtain help myself if I need it. Let’s face it the ups and downs of surviving traumas like these are only made easier with support from others. Feel free to peruse my Twitter feed

At the moment I choose to be anonymous as a lot of my family and friends are not aware of what has happened to me. Anonymity allows me to talk openly about sexual assault, rape and coercive control without being under the spotlight. In addition, it is helping me ‘find my voice’.

The thoughts and feelings contained within my site are my own.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site

Best wishes

xx

    • Thank you. I am glad you came across my blog too. That’s fantastic that you volunteer there. I would love to be in a position to help out in some way one day. Not sure I am there yet. They are such amazing people. I don’t know where I would be without the counsellor. She is so good. I’m so pleased that my blog has helped you. Feel free to follow me on Twitter as well. There are so many people out there that have been through similar things. We all try to help each other if we can. Thank you Sammy. Always up for a chat. Xx
